By receiving a receipt from Perez Moving Company, you acknowledge the following terms:

1. Issuance of Receipts

Receipts are provided upon full payment of the invoice.

2. Finalization of Charges

Once a receipt is issued, all charges are considered final unless a dispute is raised within 7 days of the receipt date.

3. Claims for Damages

If you need to file a claim for loss or damage, you must do so within 30 days of the move. Claims must include proof of payment (receipt), photos, and any supporting documents.

4. Refunds

Refunds for overcharges or errors will only be processed after review and approval. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt issuance.

5. Tax and Fees

All receipts will include applicable state and local taxes as required by the laws of Georgia.
